1) Change *test.pushline.com* to your domain at pushline.com
2) You need to provide list of desired countries: place comma separated ISO short country Abbrevs after "i-" in url
    Country Abbrevs list: country codes

3) If you specify additional parameter '?usa_only=y' to javascript, then it will show content only to america customers.
   Specify '&usa_only=y' when parameters already exists
4) add nm parameter to get list with country names
